Meet the team

Abbie transferred from Abbey Lifts to Elserv Limited where she had been working for over 8 years.

As Service & Maintenance Administrator Abbie supports our Service Manager with service co-ordination and quoting for repair works. In addition Abbie manages sales for both lift maintenance and LOLER contracts.

When not at work Abbie enjoys coffee and cake, and getting out and about with her family and her golden retriever Freya.

Harry joined Elserv in July 2024 after spending six years in an engineering role.

As Sales & Project Administrator Harry supports the Major Works Department, raising quotes, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and customers.

Harry enjoys his free time fishing or spending time with his friends on the golf course. When the weather isn’t good enough for those Harry can be found gaming.

Dave joined Elserv in July 2024, after spending 17 years in a Facilities role within the lift industry.

Dave is responsible for the companies fleet, sourcing and ordering of parts and maintenance of our offices and stores.

Dave enjoys cycling, the odd round of golf and enjoys a real Ale on a Friday at one of the local micropubs.

Hannah joined Elserv in Feburary 2024, after spending 20 years in a customer service role.

As Service Administrator Hannah supports our Service Manager with the co-ordination of reactive calls, repairs, maintenance and LOLER inspections. In addition Hannah is the first point of contact on the telephone’s at Elserv.

Hannah enjoys cold water outdoor swimming with her friends, when she isn’t braving the cold depths of Marine Lake in Clevedon she can be found at Ashton Gate watching Bristol City Football with her family.

Jess joined Elserv in August 2021 having spent 5years in the lift industry gaining a substantial amount of knowledge for her role within Elserv.  

As Service Manager, Jess is responsible for the co-ordination of service, LOLER inspections, reactive call outs and repair visits, including quoting for repair works. In addition, Jess is the key point of contact for clients. 

Jess enjoys exploring new cities and being out and about, her favourite city is Barcelona. 

Jade joined Elserv in November 2022 having spent 8 years in Finance within the lift industry. In addition she has qualifications in Internal Auditing and IOSH Environment for Business. 

Jade is responsible for the day to day running of the Accounts Department, maintaining and managing the internal ISO Management Systems and managing the company accreditations with support from Ryan.  

Jade enjoys exploring with her dog, they can often be found on coastal paths, beaches or in woodlands enjoying the outdoors when she is not at work. 

Ryan co-established Elserv in 2020 having 24 years industry experience. He has several qualifications including an NVQ 4 in Lift Testing & Commissioning, IOSH Directing Safety & NEBOSH in Construction Health & Safety.  

Ryan is responsible for all aspects of H&S, major works and managing the company accreditations, as well as wider company development. Both Ryan and Trevor manage the continued growth and success of Elserv.  

Ryan has spent his entire career in the lift industry, predominantly in a technical capacity. Ryan has worked throughout the UK, across Europe and in Australia. When not at work, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, the occasional round of golf (badly) and socialising with friends.

Trevor co-established Elserv in 2020 having 27 years industry experience. He has several qualifications including electrical engineering and BTEC Certificates in Lift Technology.  

Trevor is responsible for the Service Department which includes Call Outs, Repairs and Maintenance, as well as wider company development. Both Trevor and Ryan manage the continued growth and success of Elserv.  

It hasn’t been all work for Trevor who took time out for worldwide travel in India, Thailand, Australia, Zambia, Malawi and Tanzania. During this trip Trevor had two memorable achievements that were proposing on Anjuna Beach and climbing to the summit of Kilimanjaro.

Rob joined Elserv in August 2021 having spent 10 years within the lift industry. He has both site management safety training and EOR202 certificates.  

Rob enjoys the challenge of providing solutions to any new lift requirement and is particular about the detail on all projects undertaken to ensure successful completion on time and budget. He provides a customer focused service and aims to exceeds client expectations.  

Rob lives in a village outside Bristol with his wife, two children and dog. He enjoys the outdoors and likes nothing more than a family walk at the weekend followed by a good real Ale where possible.
