Preventing downtime and ensuring reliability

We understand that lift reliability is essential for our clients and for businesses to function well.  For this reason, Elserv strongly believe in preventing lift downtime by offering high quality preventative maintenance, which in turn, prevents problems occurring and reduces the frequency of lift breakdowns.   

During our service visit, the engineer will check the inspect the lift, and ensure it is clean and lubricated as necessary. Across service visits during each year, all aspects of the lift will be inspected in line with a planned and recorded schedule, ensuring that minor adjustments are made and that all obligations are met.  

Thank you for all the hard work on the servicing, figures are looking good, 100% before month end is unheard of!

Clear, concise and informative reporting

Any recommendations or urgent works that we may find, will be included in a clear, concise electronic report that is always sent to you promptly after each visit. Our friendly, trained and highly skilled engineers will highlight works that they think need doing urgently and note any recommendations for you consider in the future. Our dedicated, knowledgeable customer service team are always happy to run through any questions or queries you may have.  

We work to your schedule

Our service visits are carried out at specified intervals to suit your needs, which we can discuss and run through with you at the point of creating your contract. These visits can be pre-arranged with our team if you require, to prevent any impact on the day to day running of your business – so you will not need to worry about an engineer turning up unannounced on a busy day.
