Ensuring a professional finish

Our Repair Teams pride themselves on cleanliness and good housekeeping as part of our approach to safe working. All of our site teams operate with extreme professionalism and they are aware that their conduct on site reflects our company as a whole. Our site rules are followed at all times and this is regularly audited by members of the Elserv Management Team.

Engineers will attend all jobs equipped with task specific risk and method assessments to ensure a safe approach to the task in hand. These documents can be shared with clients before tasks are carried out. All our engineers complete electronic work reports confirming duties carried out, any further work recommendations and this includes the confirmation of RAMS implementation.

Can I just say how impressed we were with the gearbox install, whilst on site your guys kept us informed and kept disruption to a minimum. Please forward a big thank you from me and the rest of the team.

Confidential Repair | Client

National and local parts sourcing

As a fully independent SME, Elserv is able to maintain and source parts for all makes and models of lifts. We stock minor components that are common for many lifts, and we can access fast deliveries from several distributors in the UK and across Europe. Due to our real time electronic reporting, we are often able to identify and acquire parts within 24hours.   Parts used are covered by a 12 month warranty and will be a like for like replacement on newer equipment.

In addition to the above for the older lifts that we maintain, we also have a good working relationship with a local engineering shop where mechanical parts can be fabricated should any aspects be obsolete or if supplier lead times are excessive.

Lift repair testing & handover

When repairs are completed, the lift is given multiple test runs to ensure its working correctly before our engineers complete a worksheet for clients to sign verifying the repair completion.

We remove all redundant materials from site and dispose of them in full compliance with hazardous and non-hazardous waste regulations.

Our entire ethos is centred around our motto “Lift Service Excellence” and we pride ourselves on extremely quick turnaround of repairs.
