Qualified engineers when you need them

We will only allocate highly skilled, professionally qualified engineers to call out attendances, which means that our first visit fix and correct diagnosis rate is exceptional. As our engineers are qualified to the highest industry level of NVQ3 or 4 (or equivalent J Modules) and hold all necessary additional qualifications our engineers strive to help clients avoid unnecessary expenditure on repeat call outs.

Fab service from James and his assistant, resolved the lift & we asked him to look at another lift which we had a big quote for, and hopefully he has resolved it.
