Care Homes, Bristol – Lift Maintenance

Elserv Limited have been successfully maintaining several lifts for a Care Home Group in Bristol, Bath and Wiltshire for over 2 years.

The contract involves undertaking scheduled maintenance, LOLER examinations, small repairs, and reactive call outs to the sixteen care homes with thirty units. Both our field and office teams have worked closely together to ensure scheduled visits are completed on time, calls outs are attended to within the agreed time scales and lift downtime is kept to a minimum wherever possible.

Despite some challenges of working within occupied properties that require constant use of the lifts, our site teams have always executed the work safely following planned Risk Assessments and Method Statements and have completed the work to the satisfaction of the clients.
